How is LoopKit different from Google Analytics? ​

Does LoopKit work offline? ​

Yes! Our SDKs cache events locally when offline and sync automatically when connectivity returns.

What happens to my data? ​

  • You own your data - we analyze it but never sell it
  • Privacy-first - no personal data required
  • Secure - encrypted at rest

Analytics Questions ​

How long until I see insights? ​

  • Events: Appear in dashboard within seconds
  • First insights: Generated within 24-48 hours
  • Full analysis: Complete after your first loop cycle (weekly)

What if I don't like an insight? ​

You can:

  • Dismiss insights that aren't relevant
  • Lock insights you want to keep permanent
  • Request new analysis using the reroll feature

Can I create custom metrics? ​

Currently, LoopKit automatically generates metrics based on your events. Custom metric creation is planned for a future release.

How accurate are the AI insights? ​

LoopKit's AI is trained on patterns from thousands of apps, but insights should be validated against your business knowledge. The AI gets more accurate as it learns your specific app patterns.

Billing & Pricing ​

Is LoopKit free? ​

LoopKit is currently in free beta for early access users. We'll introduce paid tiers before public launch, but beta users get locked-in pricing.

What will pricing look like? ​

How do I get access? ​

LoopKit.ai is currently in private beta. To get access:

What events should I track? ​

Do you collect personal information? ​

LoopKit is designed to work without personal data. You can:

Is LoopKit GDPR compliant? ​

LoopKit provides tools to help with GDPR compliance, but you are responsible for ensuring your data collection and usage meets GDPR requirements. Our platform supports:

Where is data stored? ​

Troubleshooting ​

Events aren't appearing in my dashboard ​

  1. Verify your API key is correct
  2. Check network connectivity
  3. Ensure event format is valid
  4. Look for JavaScript console errors (web apps)

Dashboard shows no insights ​

  • Wait 24-48 hours for first insights
  • Ensure you have sufficient event volume (100+ events)
  • Check that events have meaningful properties
  • Try triggering a manual loop refresh
  • Read out via Discord if still no luck

SDK integration issues ​
